The AF Brands app enables you to measure the Age-Friendliness of a brand.

It evaluates the effectiveness of a brand’s touchpoints against the multiple ways that ageing impairs our senses, body and mind. It can help ensure a consistent customer experience for all. Touchpoint metrics, comments, photos and sounds are captured and uploaded to the AF Web engine for you to analyse, review and output.

The app identifies where companies are failing to provide the best customer experience for all ages of customer.

The free version includes a basic set of questions covering communications, online, retail, product and support and enables the results to be reviewed, printed and incorporated into management reports.

The AF app upgrade packs Each upgrade pack includes questions to evaluate your organisation’s digital and
post-sales segments of the customer journey. Additional functionality enables you to conduct multiple audits and allow your colleagues to have access to the app and the AF web engine.

There are upgrades packs that enable you to evaluate your company’s products, communications and retail channel. Alternatively there is the Pro Pack that covers the entire customer journey. Each upgrade pack enables you to:
• Input comments against each question
• Use the iPad camera to capture reference photos and link them to each question
• Use the iPad microphone to record reference sounds and link them to each question
